These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the use of the internet service boostmlbb.ru (hereinafter — the "Service"), located at https://boostmlbb.ru and including the Telegram bot at https://t.me/cla1ve\_boost\_bot?start=site. 1.2. The Service Operator is Sole Proprietor MAMATISAKOV ELMURAT SAPARBEKOVICH, OGRNIP 326690000001430, TIN 690606792301 (hereinafter — the "Operator" or "Agent"). 1.3. Use of the Service means the User's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms, as well as to: - the Public Offer (Agency Agreement) - Privacy Policy - the Refund Policy - the Disclaimer and limitations of liability 1.4. If the User disagrees with any provisions of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Service. 1.5. These Terms are developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Russian Law "On Consumer Protection", and other Russian regulations. ## 2\. Service description 2.1. The boostmlbb.ru Service is an information platform (aggregator) providing the technical means of interaction between: - **Customers (Principals)** — natural persons interested in receiving game services - **Providers (Boosters)** — natural persons providing game services 2.2. The Operator is NOT the direct provider of game services. The Operator acts as an information intermediary and a guarantor of the security of the transaction between the Customer and the Provider. 2.3. Main functions of the Service: - Providing access to the database of verified Providers - Technical support of interaction between the parties - Guaranteeing security and refunds if an order is not completed - Resolving disputes between Customers and Providers 2.4. Game services include, but are not limited to: rank boosting, duo play, MMR boosting, calibration, and other services related to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. ## 3\. Registration and access 3.1. To use the Service, the User must: - Be a legally capable natural person aged 18 or over - Persons aged 14 to 18 may use the Service only with the consent of parents or legal guardians - Have an active Telegram account - Provide accurate information when placing an order 3.2. When using the Service's Telegram bot, the following data is processed automatically: Telegram User ID, Username, first and last name (if specified in the profile). 3.3. The User is fully responsible for: - The accuracy of the data provided - The security of their credentials - All actions performed using their account ## 4\. Rules for Customers (Principals) 4.1. The Customer undertakes to: - Independently choose a service and place an order via the Service interface (Telegram bot) - Provide correct login details for the game account (if required by the order terms) - NOT log in to the game account and NOT change credentials while the Provider is completing the order - Respond promptly to messages from the Provider and the Operator - Pay for services according to the Service rates 4.2. The Customer has the right to: - Receive the service in accordance with the description and deadlines - Watch the order being completed (via the stream in MLBB) - Demand a replacement Provider for valid reasons - Receive a refund in cases provided for by the Refund Policy - Contact support to resolve disputes #### Important The Customer understands and accepts the risks associated with granting account access to a third party, including possible sanctions from the game administration. ## 5\. Rules for Providers (Boosters) 5.1. The Provider undertakes to: - Pass verification in the Service and confirm their qualifications - Complete orders with quality, within the set deadlines, and in accordance with the terms - Not disclose or use the Customer's credentials for other purposes - Not take actions that could lead to the Customer's account being blocked - Promptly report any problems to the Operator - Pay the agency fee to the Operator 5.2. The Provider is prohibited from: - Using programs, cheats, scripts, or other automation tools - Entering into financial relations with the Customer bypassing the Service - Transferring the Customer's account data to third parties - Making purchases or changes to the account without the Customer's consent 5.3. For violating the rules, the Provider may be removed from the Service without payment. 5.4. **The Provider's tax status.** The Provider confirms that they are a legally registered taxpayer (self-employed/sole proprietor) in accordance with the laws of their country. The Provider independently calculates and pays all taxes and fees arising from income received from Customers. The Operator is not the Provider's tax agent and is not responsible for the Provider's fulfillment of their tax obligations. 5.5. **Responsibility for refunds.** In the event of improper service or refusal to complete an order, the Provider instructs the Operator to issue a refund to the Customer. This amount is deducted from the Provider's current balance in the Service or compensated by the Provider in another way at the Operator's request. ## 6\. Prohibited actions #### Strictly prohibited The following actions violate these Terms and may result in blocking access to the Service without a refund: 6.1. Prohibited actions for ALL Users: - Using bots, scripts, cheats, emulators, and other automation tools - Attempts to hack the Service, game accounts, or other systems - Fraud, deception, misleading actions - Distributing malicious software - Infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights - Insults, threats, incitement of hatred - Spam, mass mailing, advertising without the Operator's consent - Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions - Bypassing the Service's security mechanisms - Any actions violating the legislation of the Russian Federation 6.2. Additional prohibitions for Customers: - Providing knowingly false account information - Logging in to the account while the order is in progress - Disputing payments without valid reasons (chargeback) 6.3. The Operator reserves the right to block the User's access to the Service without warning if violations are detected. ## 7\. Intellectual property 7.1. All Service materials, including design, logos, texts, images, and code, are the intellectual property of the Operator or are used on legal grounds. 7.2. The User may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce Service materials without the Operator's written consent. 7.3. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a registered trademark of Moonton Games. The boostmlbb.ru Service is not an official partner of and is not affiliated with Moonton Games. ## 8\. Limitation of liability 8.1. The Operator is NOT liable for: - Blocking, banning, or other sanctions on the game account by the game administration - Technical failures on the side of game servers, internet providers, or Telegram - Actions or inaction of Providers (except in cases of guaranteed refunds) - Loss of data, virtual currency, or items through the User's fault - Indirect damages, lost profits 8.2. The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific order. 8.3. Detailed information on liability limitations is provided in the [Disclaimer](https://boostmlbb.ru/en/disclaimer.html). ## 9\. Changes to the terms 9.1. The Operator may change these Terms unilaterally at any time. 9.2. A new version of the Terms takes effect once published on the site, unless the new version states otherwise. 9.3. The User must monitor changes independently. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means agreement with the new version. 9.4. These Terms, as well as all relations between the User and the Operator, are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Operator's location. 10.3. The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 10.4.
